Tea and biscuits

It's all gloomy and depressing and cold outside today.

Yesterday was basically full on summer, I even considered swimming but then just made the dogs swim instead. I picked Jasmine cuz it felt so super summery and I was going to do a post on the arrival of summer and everything.

 Colin said "It's so hot, winter could never come back now!", which probably explains why we are both huddled up under blankets in the house today.

It's the perfect day for tea and biscuits and movies.

I made some more biscuits the other day to try and rectify the flop that was my first attempt. These ones came out pretty good, if I do say so myself!

A friend of mine has been in Germany for 3 months and he brought me back some delicious Earl Grey tea, in a very pretty tin that just happens to match my other tea things - like the sugar bowl and teaspoon holder...well it's a milk jug but I just keep the teaspoons in it. Ahhh tea, what better gift could you ask for :) While he was over there he even made his own Camomile tea -which is pretty damn cool if you ask me, who can say they have made their own tea!

Now I just need to decide which movie I feel like watching...
