Summer biscuits

I know I promised lots of delicious goodies for Colin's birthday party last weekend but we had a tragedy in my immediate family and I didn't get to making anything. I've had a really tough two weeks so nothing much has been happening in this house.

Like last night I realised we had no food in the fridge or cupboard so I finally pulled myself back into the world and did groceries today, and now I'm doing a blog post.

I did get to bake some fun biscuits before everything happened so I'm sharing those with you now, hope you enjoy them...everyone certainly did at the pool party (which was cold and cloudy but still fun in the end).
